We use DPD and other small parcel couriers which usually takes between 3 - 5 working days (UK only) from when you place your order. International order lead times can vary, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. LARGE FURNITURE DELIVERY
Your item will be delivered by our specialist furniture courier. They will make contact to arrange a convenient time & date directly with you after your order has been placed.
Please note that larger items such as larger furniture items may be delivered via a pallet courier service. This service is often a kerbside delivery service via a pallet.

If you are not happy with your purchase you can request a return within 14 days of delivery via email. You will have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please reply to your original order confirmation or email email@example.com.
The return of the goods is at your own cost. The product must be in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
We suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Some items like lamp shades cannot be refunded if they have been unwrapped, please note that you must keep the protective wrapping on the lampshades when checking the goods. These goods can easily be marked so its your responsibility to carefully inspect the goods colour and finish before removing the clear protective wrapping.
If you wish to make a return, you must notify us first via email, the easiest way is to reply to your order confirmation email so we can can quickly access your order. You can also email - firstname.lastname@example.org directly and provide us with your order reference or postcode. Once we have approved your return, we can send you over a returns instructions form for you to follow, this will also include our returns address.
If you receive a faulty, or damaged product please email us with clear photographs and request either a refund or replacement.
We process refunds instantly and you will receive an email notification - please allow 3-5 days for your bank to show the funds in your account.
